Prospect Point is a nicely furnished townhome close to Lake Dillon in Frisco. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a two level floorplan, your family and friends have plenty of room to spread out. The townhome features wireless internet access in the unit, gas grill on the deck, private laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen for as much or as little cooking that you want to do on your vacation. Soak in the hot tub not far away from the unit and relive the day's adventures or enjoy the scenery. In the winter, you're 10 minutes away from any of the world class ski resorts Summit County has to offer. In the morning, don't worry about getting all that snow off your car, the private 1 car attached garage kept it warm, dry and ready to go. In the summer, you're 100 yards away from Lake Dillon and the Summit County Bike Path. Ride your bike around the lake, hit the mountain bike trail, play a round of golf at 9000 feet or spend a day rafting the local rivers. Sleeping arrangements are queen in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Please note: the third bedroom is fully enclosed but has no closing door and the bath is a 3/4 bath.
