 Pitkin Townhome is a beautiful half duplex in a quiet, residential area. It's walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops Frisco has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a two level floorplan, this unit has plenty of room to spread out. Bedding goes Queen bed in the Master, Queen again in the second bedroom and Queen bed plus twin bunk bed in the thrid bedroom. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Other features to this unit are private laundry facilities, an electric BBQ grill and an open living, dining and kitchen area on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and a private one car garage is included so you don't have to worry about clearing all that snow off your car in the morning. For the summer, the bike path and plenty of hiking trails are nearby. After a long day of skiing or hitting the hiking trails, relax in the private hot tub on the back deck where you can relive the day's adventures or take in the beautiful scenery.
