 Yacht Club is a nicely finished condo just off the shores of Lake Dillon with spectacular views. It's a great option for those that want to come "Ski the Summit" inexpensively. Unit 38 is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen futon in the living area. It also features a kitchenette with small refriderator, microwave and small oven with 4 burners on top. Also included is a gas fireplace and common area laundry facilities. There is plenty of off-street parking just in front of the building.
