| This elegant new oceanfront 5 bedroom, 5 full, 2 half bath home offers sweeping views of the ocean. The first floor includes three bedrooms; two are oceanfront suites with King beds and private baths featuring large European glass, custom tiled showers with a spa experience of rainheads and sprays a well as a Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation. Both suites have their own TV's, plus they open to a covered porch just steps from the beach. The third bedroom is perfect for children/teens as 2 sets of twin/full bunks offer their own sanctuary. This room has its own full bathroom and a half bath just outside in the hallway. Large living area with kitchenette and 32" flat screen TV offers a gathering place with queen sofa bed as well. This opens to a spacious sundeck and covered porch looking over the ocean.
Take the elevator or stairway up to the second floor. This level features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, two microwaves, wet bar with wine cooler, formal dining area as well as a large family room with 42"" flat screen TV over the fireplace. Two bedrooms are on this floor; the Master oceanfront suite has the spa experience with shower rainhead and sprays and a Jacuzzi tub. All bathrooms in this home have granite countertops to add to the elegant feel. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. The hot water is “on demand”, so that everyone gets a HOT shower at any time!
Enjoy the lower level with room for 3 plus cars and a ping-pong table. Walk outside to relax on the 1220 feet of porches and decks. See sunrise views on the ocean-side and sunset views off the dining area balcony overlooking the marsh.

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridgae at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Follow Tarpon for a few miles until you see 466 on the left.
From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island.
Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
