We have just recently bought this home and are in the midst of furnishing with all new "beach cottage" style furniture. In this 5 BR, 6 BA (4 Full, 2 1/2 baths) home, there is plenty of room for several families to share time together. Downstairs there is a bonus room, which will have a pool table, TV and DVD player, and a small kitchen area with a refrigerator/microwave for children to get their snacks. In the garage, we will have an additional play space with Foosball, Air Hockey, and Ping Pong table (plenty of activities on hand for a rainy day). Upstairs in the kitchen, we have all new appliances, two refrigerators giving you ample room to store drinks and food for your entire week stay!!! Walk outside from the kitchen to enjoy the huge deck which spans the entire width of the home with spectacular views of the canal and salt water marsh - wait until you see the sunsets from this home! Watch the egrets swooping, the fish jumping, the pelicans flying from your own private deck. Enjoy the backyard for the children to romp and play while you are preparing to go to the beach or preparing dinner. Rinse off outside in the hot/cold shower located under the rear deck after enjoying the sandy white beaches here on Fripp Island. We have just changed out the 2 twins downstairs to be a king

Rate Description:  Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
 
Fee Description:  DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
 
Driving Directions:  From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Follow Tarpon for a few miles until you see 465 on the right. From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island. 
 
Minimum Rental Period (Days):     Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
