Downstairs: It has 2 bedrooms, both have Queen size beds. They both have doors that open up to the covered porch that is the full length of the house. Downstairs sitting area includes foosball table and large screen TV. They both have there own private bath and great ocean views. 2 more bedroom downstairs that are at the front of the house. One has a queen size bed. The other one has 3 sets of bunk beds. Both of these bedrooms have there own private baths as well. There is a laundry room down and large game room/living space in the center of the downstairs with great ocean views. There are two queen sleep sofas. . Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. They both have wonderful ocean views with doors that open up to the upper level full deck/porches. Both are king size beds. They both have their own adjoining baths and there is a ½ bath in the common area upstairs. There is a large kitchen with a raised counter bar that will seat 4-6 people and a built in booth table that will seat 6-8 people. In the kitchen are two dishwashers, microwave, two sinks and 2 large refrigerators. An additional microwave is in the wet bar on the main level in the game room. There is a large farmhouse table that will seat 10 people. That brings it to a total of 20-24 people. There is a total sleeping for 16 in beds and up to 20 when the sleep sofas are used. That’s 18-24 people grand total. 3735 SQ FT under heat….. 680 SQ FT Porch….. 710 SQ FT Deck……

Rate Description:  Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
 
Fee Description:  DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
 
Driving Directions:  From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Turn Left onto Winter Trout, house is second row from beach on the left. From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island. Check-in with theGate and follow Tarpon Blvd. Make a right onto Winter Trout. At the end end of Winter Trout make a another right. 718 Winter Trout is at the last house.
