| This 3 bedroom 1 bath home, with early american motif, has a large living room and a great wrap around screened porch with rockers, bench swing, and hammock. This home is now ocean front. .Once you have gone up the stairs to enter the house, the living space is on a single level, which is great for small children and the elderly. To access this house, you park at the Hunting Island pier and the owner has a golf cart available to get to the house. There is no access via Cabin Road anymore. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. Homes at Hunting Island are unique in the fact that they were grandfathered in and no additional homes can be built. Most of the homes are over 40 years old and that is part of their charm. When vacationing at Hunting Island, you are “stepping back in time”, spending time with family and friends, preferring the quiet solace of the forest and beaches and all that nature has to offer at your doorstep…you truly are at one with nature when you vacation at Hunting Island.
Golf Cart is included but cannot be driven onto the beach for any reason. |
