| In August of 2009, we just made the following improvements:
* Painted the entire place with new colors as well as the ceiling
* Removed drop ceiling and added crown molding throughout
* Removed old stove unit and replaced with real oven, full refrigerator, new sink and added a bar top area with a granite top
* Replaced all bedding with new sheets and pillows, blankets etc.
Located on Fripp Island Island, South Carolina, Unit 513, this Sunsuite unit is a downstairs poolside end unit that we have totally renovated. This condo features tile throughout, fresh paint, beadboard walls, flat screen TV w/vcr & dvd player, and a three disc CD wall system. Our condo is fully stocked with the basic essentials for cooking and cleaning, we supply paper towels, surface cleaner, dish detergent, salt, pepper, cooking spray, olive oil, coffee, sweet & low etc., as well as the basic towels, sheets, hair dryer, and a few extras in case you forgot something. We think this is the perfect location for a romantic get-away for a couple or a great spot for a couple with two children. We have a queen-size bed with two bunkbeds in the hall (there is a pocket door for privacy). The Olympic pool is just outside our front door and the ocean is just steps behind us. The Sunsuite units are centrally located to the island, right next to the Beach Club,the Olympic pool and shops and across the street from the tennis courts. We have enjoyed Fripp for years and can t think of a better place to relax, kick back and have a good time. We know you will love it as much as we do as we.

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Follow Tarpon Boulevard until you see the water tower. Pass the Beach Club and use the last driveway on your left to the JFV units. Follow the driveway to the white building on the left. 513 Sunsuite is a downstairs end unit.
From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, and then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island.
Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
