The new bike path will get you to South Beach less than a mile away and Edgartown center is only 3 miles away. Right Fork Diner, some say the best breakfast on the island, is less than a 1/4 mile. First floor has large family room, wet bar, microwave, pool table, TV with satellite, two bedrooms one queen, one full and full bath. Sliders from family open to large grassy yard. Second floor: Open kitchen, living and dining areas with multiple sliders opening to deck with hot tub, extra dining and lounge chairs. Also on the second floor is a sun filled screened porch with satellite TV. There are two bedrooms each with queen beds, TV and a full bath. On the third floor is the master suite with full bath, jacuzzi tub, private deck, and TV. Departure cleaning of approximately $150 will be deducted from the security deposit.
