| Our one bedroom, two bath condominium is located at the front of Maui Kamaole closest to the beach and faces northwest with exquisite views of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains. Built in 1995, we recently redecorated the unit with new carpet, paint, kitchen tile, appliances, furnishings, and accessories. The bedroom is furnished with a California king, fine linens, bedside tables and lamps, dresser, TV/DVD and features a private patio, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The master bathroom has a shower/tub and the second bathroom has a shower.
From the open kitchen, dining and living areas you enjoy a spectacular view across the beautiful grounds of Maui Kamaole with the sparkling blue Pacific and rugged Maui mountains providing a stunning backdrop. (See the view on the next page). The living room is furnished with a queen size sofa bed and offers a large TV/DVD and CD player for your enjoyment. For your small child we have a quality roll-away bed that easily stores in the closet. If the temperature is too warm you may open the sliders for cross ventilation or use the ceiling fans and air conditioners. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, outdoor furniture, games, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, chaise lounges, beach towels and much more.

Property Policy: |
| We have a one week minimum for this condo. If less days are available we are happy to accommodate you. It is not unusual for guests to have late flights home. Since our check out time is 10:00 am it might be wise to consider booking that extra day. A $200 deposit is required to secure a reservation. All balances are due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Upon receiving the balance, we will send instructions for obtaining the keys, where to park, who to contact in case of an emergency etc. |
